GILENYA Go Program

Have the GILENYA Go Program on your side

Everyone can use a helping hand once in a while. Enter the GILENYA Go Program:

  • Get information about paying for GILENYA
  • Learn more about your first day on GILENYA
  • Get your form to start GILENYA, called the SRF (California residents should use this form)
  • Receive helpful reminders, motivation, and ongoing support

Your GILENYA Go Program team has you covered. Navigators and GILENYA Nurses can help you say, "I've got people behind me and they're helping me get started."

When you're ready to start GILENYA, Navigators are available to help you get started. You can contact them toll-free, at 1-800-GILENYA (1-800-445-3692), 8:00 AM-9:00 PM ET, Mon-Fri.*

Nurses are also available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Money matters: financial support may be available

We want to help as many people as possible have access to GILENYA and take the tests to make sure it's right for them. That's why we have both a prescription co-pay support program and a medical co-pay support program. Your Navigator will help figure out both your GILENYA prescription and medical co-pay coverage. Some restrictions apply.

Stay on track: get help making appointments

How do you know if a medicine is right for you? Medical tests can help you and your doctor know if GILENYA is the right choice. We want to make sure GILENYA is right for you, so your doctor will test your blood, heart, and eyes before you start GILENYA. Navigators can help you make the arrangements. Learn more about these tests.

*Excludes public holidays. In the event of an urgent, non-emergency issue after normal business hours, simply leave a message at the call center and a Navigator will return your call within approximately 30 minutes.
